John Henry is a U.S. Army Veteran, Communicator, Leadership Coach, Culture Expert, Global Executive, Six Sigma Black Belt, Entrepreneur and Premier Storyteller. 

 

Over the last 25 years, he has held influential leadership roles in Science, Quality Management, Operational Excellence, Strategic Engagement, Program Management, Digital Transformation and Culture Management. His multi-dimensional industry experience was cultivated in technology, defense, service, and non-profits, in both private and public sectors, across over 60 countries. He has served teams at small to global firms such as Kellogg Brown and Root, IDEMIA, Halliburton, Chipotle, John Deere, Estee Lauder, Charles Schwab, CAN Community Health and Campbells.

John Henry earned a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University, an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland, and prior to joining the United States Army was a single-semester political science major from Stanford University.

 

Charismatic in his approach, John Henry has a gift mix he has leveraged to inspire global teams on six of the seven continents. This unique ability provides a broad view of the global marketplace allowing him to connect with leaders and team members in a practical manner; resulting in actionable ways to achieve and sustain intended business results.

Leveraging the tapestry of his experience, John Henry transformed a visionary idea into a successful company founding a thriving multi million-dollar consulting firm in 2021.   

John Henry has been married for 19-years and is a father of 3. He is a frequent keynote speaker and facilitator about leadership, teamwork, innovation, accountability, and organizational culture.
