We are excited to announce that our company is currently hiring for the position of Clinician. As a Clinician with our team, you will have the opportunity to provide targeted case management services, rehabilitative skill development, therapy, and treatment coordination for individuals in need. Our approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, meaning we prioritize the unique strengths and needs of each individual we work with.
As a Clinician, you will play a critical role in the treatment team by providing advocacy and linkage to community resources that meet the identified needs of each client. Collaboration with the other members of the client’s support network, including family members, other healthcare providers, and community resources, is also a key part of this role.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a mental health or social services setting and a strong commitment to providing compassionate and effective care. Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Reports to: Licensed Clinical Supervisor
Provides strengths-based, trauma-informed, targeted case management services, rehabilitative skill development, therapy, treatment coordination, collaboration with the treatment team or other providers, advocacy, and linkage to community resources as identified by client need, and collaboration with the other members of the client’s support network.

Master’s degree in Social Work (ASW) or Marriage and Family Therapy (AMFT) or Clinical Professional Counselor (APCC) required.
Registration required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) or Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Professional Counselor (APCC).
Clinician Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,500.00 – $66,000.00 per year
