About Marsell Wellness Center
Marsell is a nonprofit organization committed to transforming lives through the power of wellness. We provide integrated services across mental health, education, foster family care, and community programs to ensure every individual has access to the support they need to thrive.

We serve individuals and families across Southern California, including youth in foster care, students in underserved communities, individuals seeking mental health support, and families in need of wraparound community services.

Foster Family FAQs
We recruit, train, and support loving foster parents. We also provide behavioral health services, case management, and life-skills coaching to youth in our foster family program.

Absolutely. We offer on-call support, in-home services, clinical support, and ongoing training to help families succeed.
The terms "foster family" and "resource family" are considered interchangeable. In 2017, the state of California officially transitioned from using the term "foster parents" to "resource parents" to help create a more children-centered and family-friendly approval process.
