How Marsell Advocates for Wellness for California Communities
It’s our mission to improve lives by providing comprehensive, integrated consulting and counseling services that promote mental, emotional, and physical health as a quality of life to our clients, staff, and community. Our commitment to advocacy and outreach amplifies the positive impact of mental health and wellness services. Advocacy efforts ensure that the rights and needs of individuals facing behavioral health challenges are recognized and protected. By engaging with policymakers and stakeholders, we all work towards a more inclusive and supportive society.

Marsell Wellness Center is committed to advocating for social justice and addressing systemic barriers that impact Black mental health. We recognize the interconnectedness between mental health and social justice, and we actively participate in advocacy efforts to dismantle systemic racism, promote equity in mental healthcare, and ensure that Black individuals have access to the resources they need for their mental well-being.
