Marsell’s enrichment programs aim to showcase youth learning, creativity, and cultural identity. Our academies celebrate the diversity and talents of foster youth and local students while connecting community organizations and businesses with youth services.

Summer Program Highlights
Our Summer Academy provides academic enrichment and fosters social and emotional development for high school students. Young scholars can explore new interests, stand out on college and internship applications, and collaborate with other students outside of the traditional classroom.
Flexible Weekly Enrollment
Each week has a unique theme, guest speaker, and field trip. Apply for the weeks that interest you.
Weekly Guest Speakers
An expert on the topic of the week will guide attendees through lessons, group discussions and activities.
End-of-Week Field Trips
Friday field trips let students put all that they’ve learned throughout the week to use and explore real-world uses of the respective week’s subject matter.
Group Collaboration
Afternoons are dedicated to group collaboration. Students will work together on an assignment based on the teaching from our expert guest speakers, building their teamwork and cooperation skills.
Scholarship Opportunities
At Marsell, we aim to make quality education accessible for everyone. Applicants can apply for a scholarship to attend Marsell’s Summer Academy when submitting their application.
Marsell’s 2025 Summer Academy Details
Our Summer Academy is four weeks long, with each week covering a new topic. Each week will start with an introduction to the program; while young scholars are more than welcome to apply for multiple weeks, it is not a requirement. Our summer academy runs from Monday through Friday, with mornings dedicated to teachings and guest speakers, and afternoons focused on collaboration and group activities. Lunch will be provided to program attendees.

Marsell’s Summer Academy Will Cover:

Week 1: Academic Boost

Week 2: Digital Citizenship & Empathy
We don’t settle for good; we pursue great. Whether it’s reimagining how we do what we do, designing new ways to support people on their wellness journey, or leveraging technology, Marsell is fully committed to evolving with the needs of those we currently, and will, serve. Innovation is how we stay relevant and ready for what’s next.
Week 3: STEM
We know that human connection is at the core of wellness. We are committed to unreasonable hospitality, creating experiences where everyone feels seen and heard. Engagement means cultivating safety and trust.
Week 4: Global Expo Week
The goal of the Global Expo is to showcase youth entrepreneurs. Students will be able to create their own business with the guidance of our guest speaker, an Entrepreneurship Professor. The week will conclude with an exposition where attendees can present their businesses to community partners and local companies.

Students will have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers who are leaders in their industry each week as well as ask questions from subject matter experts during end-of-week field trips.

Sometimes it’s easier and more fun to learn different subjects when they can be applied to real life. Enrichment camps provide students with the opportunity to find what they’re passionate about and how they can make a career out of it.

Through Marsell’s academies, young scholars can build their networking skills while laying the foundation for potential future opportunities or collaborations.
